  • When booking an appointment, the client will be asked to pay a deposit of 50% of the scheduled treatment. This deposit will be deducted from the treatment price after the procedure is performed. The deposit should be paid at the time of booking, as it confirms the reservation. If the client fails to pay, the appointment will be considered cancelled.

  • The deposit is non-refundable.

  • You can transfer your reserved appointment to a friend or family member. They can come on the day and time of your scheduled appointment, and I'll suggest a treatment tailored to your needs and the time you booked. If the treatment doesn't take place, the deposit will be forfeited as the appointment was reserved and not used.

  • When booking an appointment by phone or online, the client will be asked to pay a deposit to the bank account number provided by me or in person.

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 15-minute delay may result in my inability to provide your service. In such a case, the procedure, along with your deposit, will be forfeited, as the service cannot be performed due to the delay.

  • We come to the treatment without additional people, including children.

  • I always recommend home care. If it is not properly maintained, I am not responsible for any negligence.

  • I will not accept complaints after 5 days from the visit.
